Heart Gallery work ethic is to offer for sale original designed jewellery and crafts, made and manufactured in the UK by talented designer/makers at a fair price. Under no circumstances will we deal with ethically unsound sources.

RETURNS POLICY

Here at Heart Gallery we feel certain that you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase as we have selectively sourced high quality pieces from talented designer/makers.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, or if you have simply changed your mind, please return it with your original receipt within 14 days and Heart Gallery will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

Please note that we will not exchange special sized or commissioned items. If you have chosen the incorrect size, there will be a charge to exchange the item. We cannot exchange earrings due to health & hygiene reasons.

Your statutory rights, under the Sale of Goods Act, are not affected.

Please return your purchase in its original condition and in its original packaging and remember to include your receipt and contact details. For your own protection please use special delivery when returning goods to us. We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

5. Purchasing and Payment?
Because Heart Gallery is all about the whole shopping experience and that personal service you will not see a shopping trolley on any of our websites.

However, if you cannot visit us in Hebden Bridge but you have seen something your heart desires then please do call or email with your request.

We can offer a mail order facility on all stock items and accept payment by credit or debit card over the telephone. All you need to do is keep checking the Blog and Flickr pages for images of new work and when you spot something you just cannot live without, give us a call on 01422 845845.

All your purchases will be beautifully gift wrapped and if you want them posting to a friend or loved one as a gift then this isn’t a problem for us. Beautiful things given straight from the heart.

6. Postage & Packaging
Postage is charged depending on size and weight of purchase but your parcel will always be sent by special delivery so that your purchase is insured. We gift wrap all purchases free of charge.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If you fail to do this, or if the parcel has been signed for as received in good condition, we may not be able to offer a credit or replacement.

If an order is not delivered please contact us with details so that we can track the parcel for you.

8. Data Protection Act

Heart Gallery takes your privacy very seriously and we are committed to providing our customers with an internet experience that respects your privacy. When you make an order we need to collect certain information to process your transaction and fulfil your order. This information is not passed to any third party for marketing or any other purposes.

We only retain your details if you request to remain on our database and therefore be kept informed of future exhibitions at Heart Gallery. We always remove addresses from our address book when requested to do so.

The provisions of the 1998 Data Protection Act require that data shall be:

All content included on the Heart Gallery website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images belong to us, and are protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright laws. All these are trademarks of Heart Gallery and may not be used in connection with any product or service without our written authorisation.

The Heart Gallery website contains links to other independent third party websites (“Linked Sites”). These linked sites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Such linked sites are not under Heart Gallery’s control and Heart Gallery is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of such linked sites, including any information or materials contained on such linked sites. You will need to make your own independent judgement regarding your interaction with these linked sites.
